Registration for RMC is now open – click here!
The cost of registration is $350 for faculty, industry and government participants. The cost is $250 for students, post-docs and retired participants. The registration fee covers all conference events in the Student Union Building, to include the scientific talks, poster sessions, workshops, the conference dinner, and light refreshments during coffee breaks and poster sessions. No refunds will be made after May 31, 2024.
The University of New Mexico is a walking-intensive campus located in the high desert a mile above sea level. Participants with limited mobility may wish to contact the organizers for more information. It is recommended that all participants drink lots of water to stay hydrated!
Parking passes for the duration of the conference are available for an additional $37. Daily parking passes are available for $13. Limited metered parking is available on campus.
An optional excursion to Sandia Tramway, is available for $50 ($45 for age 62 and above) and will include transportation to and from the location and a box lunch. It is ~20 minutes driving from UNM to the tram, which ascends from 6,559 feet in the foothills to the crest of the Sandia Mountains at 10,378 feet in 15 minutes. Check the Sandia Tram/Peak website for information on what to bring (water, jacket, hat, sunscreen, etc.), hiking trails, safety information, and more. Minimum: 20 participants
